Took an afternoon off to find some books for some me time and I came across Not So Mumsy by Marcia Leone.

There’s always : My child did this, did yours? And then it spirals down into, are you doing a good job being a mom? Are you losing yourself being a mom? Reading this tells me that every baby and every situation is different.

Just doing what works for you is absolutely fine! Thank you for letting me know that I’m still me, mom, or no mom!
